More details to this question:
Hey guys I'm in a bit of mess... Person A and B swapped vehicles and some cash and title was supposed to be traded later that week when B got s replacement title. Meanwhile person B went and sold me persons A's vehicle and told me it was his and he was gonna have a replacement title for me next week... I had no knowledge of person A and Bs transaction until person A got his car reppossesed then he went after B in which A got my number and contacted me and filled me in on this info... I don't know about them but u have a contract with person B stating I bought this vehicle from him and he would give me title in a week. I have proof I paid for the vehicle and all too. From what I see person B has no money he spent it all and is definitely judgment proof.... My only hope is to keep this bike and obtain title from A... Am I protected and a bona fide purchaser and how do I go about obtaining a title

If you paid money to B and did not know or have reason to know that there was any problem with his title, you may be protected as a bona fide purchaser for value.  However, you will probably have to sue A to get title.
