QUESTION

Can I sue a hospital for misdiagnosis in this scenario?

Asked on Apr 26th, 2013 on Litigation - Georgia
More details to this question:
In the summer of 2012, I went to the doctor because I had high fever of 102 and a few pimple on my lips, tongue and my gums. After they saw me and ask me questions they diagnose me with hand, foot, and mouth disease. Months after, the pimples returned and I didn't go to the doctor because I thought that was the same disease. Now couple weeks ago, I got a blood test and I got diagnosed with herpes simplex. So keep in mind that I have a girlfriend and we are sexually active and oral is in the menu. So a week ago I started to have tingling sensation on my pines and burning when I go to the bathroom. Now I'm afraid that I could have genital herpes caused by our oral sex. Do I have enough facts to sue the hospital?
