QUESTION

Can I sue a telemarketer if I don't know their name

More details to this question:
I'm on the national do not call list. I receive phone calls all the time from solicitors. I have one documented that has called me 3 times. Each time, I've called them back and pressed "1" that states they will no longer call my number. Yes, they have called twice since. The phone number they are calling from is 631-230-5833. The dates they called so far is: 7/16/15 6:28 pm, 8/21/15 12:33 pm and 9/7/15 10:47 am. I also have other documented phone numbers that have called me. I'd like to sue this company if possible. I don't care how much I win, I just want to fight against these scammers. We get calls all the time from someone trying to "repair" our computer. He starts cursing us when we let him know we are on to him. I have those documented calls as well. Finally, I provided my phone number below, but I DO NOT want to be harassed by your company.

These are very difficult cases to litigate because the defendant is usually out of state and maybe out of the country. We would represent you but we ant to be clear that the costs are significant.
