QUESTION

Can I sue chick-Fil-a

Asked on Apr 04th, 2017 on Civil Litigation - Virginia
More details to this question:
Stopped picked up dinner while driving down the road while my husband ate when he started chocking I pulled off the road only to see him pull a large piece of paper out of his mouth that was in hi wrap. It was scary I didn't know what was happening. All we could think of was what if it was a kid who had ate this.

Your husband can sue, but I would not as he has suffered no damages; although he was choking, the problem was resolved with no expense and (presumably) no lasting damage.  Even if your claim was not dismissed, you would not collect much.  I would think that a complaint to the corporate office might get you further.
