Can I sue family court

More details to this question:
My ex wife called Child services several times stating I neglected my children, after 12 investigations over 4 years all of the investigations were Unfounded. I went to court because my ex did not follow the Court order for 2 years by not allowing me to see my children. the Judge order Supervised visits my children were 11 years old and knew how I am. were my Civil Rights violated, I was investigated and everything was unfounded why would the courts give me Supervised visits

you can't sue the Court, but hoepfully you can work with the Judge to get the Judge to understand that the calls to child protective services are in retaliation for your requests for visitation.  the Court has to investigate any claims made, to protect the children.
