More details to this question:
I was watching TV last Thursday the 15th of August when I saw the mailman on the monitor walking up the porch stairs so I turned all my attention to him! I watched as he dropped a box on the porch and then put my mail into the slot! I went downstairs and saw it was the Electronic Solenoid Valve that switches 2 gas tanks in a car and I sat down waiting for him to come by! I asked why he would drop the box and that I have him on camera doing this! He said "I don't give a damn about your cameras, you're a nutcase and a piece of shit! I stayed on the property and in view of the camera in case he was going to do anything and I also was about 4 feet away because I have a slipped disc on the C-6 over the C-7 and a Grade 2 Slipped disc between the L-5 & S-1. No Neuro Surgeon knows how I was able to walk in 05 and 8 years later I now have slipped the disc another grade to a 2 because of negligence of the collision shop putting in a 2 inch longer axle on a 1929 Streetrod and this collapsed the from Traverse Spring! Back to the Solenoid and the mailman. As I kept moving away he came closer and I stayed on the property while he stayed on the sidewalk! I injured my back while picking up the box and had to sit down because my neck began aching all the way down to my back & I am on pain meds! He knew I caught him and became irate and called his supervisor because I called her right after and he said I was chasing him down the street! I can hardly walk and CANNOT RUN or JOG! He LIED! H knows I have cameras but he does NOT know they also record audio and video! Once he realizes this he will probably tell the truth but they are telling me they called the Police while I called customer service and Maria took my statement but there was about a 10 minute confrontation that he denied dropping the solenoid and kept abusing me with calling me a nutcase and a piece of sh*t until he realized this was on a DVD and because he knew he was recorded.
Are you overreacting or what? He obviously doesn't care for you and there is probably a reason for that that predates this event. You can report him to his supervisor and if he caused damage you can expect the damage paid. Otherwise you might want to just get on with your life.
