Can I sue her??

More details to this question:
I took over another persons car payments in 2010, balance being 12,000 something, in in June 2012 I started paying her mom the car note money, in 2013 although i gave her the money the car note wasn't paid for 3 1/2 months, later i found that i had been driving around with no insurance for at least 1 of those months, could have been more, but here it is 2014 and i should had had the title by now, the car is in repo. stage, and her mom is avoiding all my calls and text messages...what can i do??

Do you have your agreement in writing? Do you have receipts for the payments you made to the mother?
