Can I sue if I found a pill shaped item in my candy?

More details to this question:
It left a funny taste in my mouth and I also took pictures of it. I tried to break it but that didn't work. The pill shape item is still inside the candy in a plastic bag!

Why did it get in your mouth? Was that by accident before you realized it? The real question is what is it and how did it get there? Bury him you should report it to the police say somebody is purposely contaminating it to harm people. If the candy maker was negligent I don't see a Utah jury giving you much in such a case unless they were grossly negligent and you suffered some harm. Another attorney may have a different take.
