can I sue my employer for non protection. I have been bullied, and retaliated against because I called out the racism and xenophobic language.

It is such a long story, I have been bullied, defamation of name and character, retaliation against me, obstructed from doing my job responsibilities for years. Recently I hired an employer who others wanted that position to go to their friend. These individuals refused to orient this new employer, regardless of my many request. My supervisor allowed these individuals to go over my head (not follow the chain of command) and go straight to her. My supervisor (CEO) diminished my authority by over-riding my decision in front of people I supervise. Because of the constant bulling I have been out on FMLA twice due to .increase anxiety and depression, I also believe I have PTSD due to the constant bulling, harassment, and retaliation.
