More details to this question:
So i was by my ex husbands side for 5yrs while he was in prison. Jan 15,2015 we got married in prison. Parole was coming up. He was granted to go to the halfway house. He got there i paid $200 for his Dr office, bought him laptop, jeans, sneakers. Whatever he needed. He went job hunting at the mall. And would call myself or my daughter from the service desk. Often times just say hi or he loves me. He got a job at buffalo wild wings. He was talking to Barbara girl that runs seevice desk. All sudden after he got couple of paychecks he dumped me for Barbara. Denied it. I got two prank calls from a female. Anyways they broke up. He filed for divorce to be with her. I gave him a 2nd chance. He wanted to work things out. And i found out from facebook he was in a relationship with this woman Malissa. I emailed her to let her know hes my husband. She didnt care. I believe he used me for5yrs. Married me to look good for parole. I have restraining order on him. A lot mental emotional abuse

You may file for divorce but nothing in your question gives rise to sue him in civil court.
