Can i sue spammers in pennsylvania for refusing to honor unsubscribe notices

More details to this question:
I have sent Comcast spectator and wellsfargo nomurs unsubscribes meaning i clicked the unsubscribe links and filed out the form i also took screen shots of the unsubscribe and i also made reports to spamcop filling out a spam report page. I also want to sue e-harmony they have been spamming me with 2 emails every day for the last 3 plus years it claims i asked for them using the below email address i can assure you i have never signed up for any emails from any dating sites....ever

Mail them a cease and desist letter via certified mail, then you can try suing them if they don't comply.
