Can i sue the vet for putting down my pet without my consent ?

More details to this question:
On feb.3 2020 i took my dog for an injection of lasix to care for water in her lungs do to heart failure, this ER. wanted to charge me $1,400.00 and i had to leave my dog for couple of days, i reject it and i had an argument over the situation,they said the dog was bleeding because my sweater was apparently full of blood and another argument arouse because the dog had vomited the medicine on the way to the ER, still have my sweater with stains on. another issue was that i ask to see my pet and she was in the oxygen camera and i ask if the water was emptied from the lungs and their answer was that they grab her from the back legs and shook her down, this was very painful they asked us to leave and come back in 3 hours but called us right away in less than 8 minutes to say she was dead she only needed lasix injection but i refused to pay $1400.00 and argued about it.there are other issues . So you took your dog to the vet, tried to tell the vet what to do, then when the vet said the charge for what YOU wanted to do the charge was $1,400.00 and  that you refused to pay? Not sure what you are expecting here, if the proper procedure WAS to adminster Lasix, and  you refused to authorize and pay for it, and your dog passes, how is that the vets fault or subject them to being sued?
