Can i sue? What can be done?

More details to this question:
My wife's boss assaulted me, unprovoked when I picked her up from work. Then yesterday my wife tried to commit suicide. She is disabled, she has bipolar disorder is that also a factor because her employer knew that?

Your wife might have a workers compensation claim if she can establish that the pressures of work were the sole and only cause (this might be hard to do) of her attempted suicide. You can try to take a criminal warrant against her boss for assault.
