can my boyfriends almost exwife sue me?

she is threatening to sue and ruin me financially if we don't stop seeing each other. she lives in new mexico and i live in pennsylvania. can she sue me or is it just a way to terrorize and manipulate us?

IF your question is whether the mere fact that you are romantically involved with your boyfriend, who is still technically married, would allow his wife to sue you , the answer is NO. While, under certain circumstances, the fact that your boyfriend is involved with you while still married MAY give his wife some advantage in a divorce proceeding , there is no civil lawsuit against you.
