can my donations to a building fund be returned to me

More details to this question:
the pastor has left the church because of wrongdoing and the deacons (who have known about the pastor's wrongdoing for several years) are now wanting to use building fund money when they have enough money without it. I am the sole contributor to the building fund.

Yes, you can sue for the return of your donation if it wasn't used for the purpose for which donated, i.e. building fund. How much was the donation?
