QUESTION

Can my ex get arrested for continuing to file false documents with the police in his county?

More details to this question:
I divorced my ex in 2009. We battled in court over the home that we shared. I did not want the home but he was not making payments and I kept getting served foreclosure notices. During this time he wrote a statement to the court that I threw a master at his home and his new in-laws, tried to break into his home and impersonated him to have his power shut off. I moved across the state and got served domestic violence papers to go to court stating that I shot a gun through his window. Also, that the cop spoke with my in-laws neighbor and said that we were visiting them that weekend. That weekend that he is stating this my in laws were at my house, 3 or more hours away. Now I have to go to court in that county and drive a total of 6 or more hours. I have bank statements proving to be in my city and so do my in-laws.

It is possible but unlikely that he will be arrested for filing a false police report.
