Can the female that was defending herself be charged?

More details to this question:
If pregnant woman strikes or touch another pregnant female and they get into a fight and she loses her fetus at 8 weeks old.

This depends on the amount of force involved to defend herself. You can't defend against a slap with a shot gun. The amount of force has to be reasonable under the circumstances.
