Can we be sued for an unpaid payday loans?

More details to this question:
My husband and I have received threatening phone calls today from a Mr. Baker at ADS legal systems in Rochester,PA threatening to sue for an unpaid payday loan debt and fraud. We paid the exact amount we borrowed and after I cancelled the ACH at our bank to stop them. Now they keep harassing us and our family and will not stop. Can they do this? Is it legal?

I don't know all the facts to fully advise you, but you can call the PA Attorney General Consumer Protection Office and report it to them.
