Can you be sued for slander if your reporting HOA violations against another member

Members are violatings R&Rs of the HOA. I have been reporting them to the management company. Now, two neighbors are suing me for slander

Anybody can sue you for anything, but if you can prove that what you communicated was true then you are not liable.
