Can you file,bankruptcy on a civil judgement

Me and my brother had a agreement to trade hat for farm equip. I received the hay but he never picked up the equip. We later had a disagreement and he charged me with theft I had a attorney went to coirt and agreed to pay for the hay he decided he didnt want the machine or cash for hay. But I agreed to pay him through the court. I'm goinf threw a divorce and considering bankruptcy can this be included as debt
