Can you sue a company for disrespectful customer service?

More details to this question:
A bill collector reached my answering service, said "Hello?" a few times, then said "Pussyf!" before hanging up. I know this sounds frivolous, but I didn't appreciate listening to the message after a hard day's work. Do I have a case?
