I was involved in an accident in which I was not the at fault driver. Now my vehicle is in and out of the repair shop due to flaws from the accident. My vehicle is listed on carfax now which nowdecreases the value of the vehicle.

This is a dimuniton of value case. Very difficult and expensive to pursue and not usually worth the effort absent a substantial loss on an expensive car.
