Case against me nearly ten years old!!!

My husband and his ex wife had friends stay with them ten years ago for a time of 3 weeks. The couple(husband now deceased) were staying with thoughts of looking for residency but changed their minds and went home to West Virginia(we are in Tennessee). The lady with whom I have never met left many items here; most of which were in boxes that had self made price stickers which she intended to sell at flea markets to make money. A few larger items such as a Deer Busy and a stuffed squirrel(yeah odd I know) must have been sentimental, and now after ten years of making no attempt to retrieve other than one or two Facebook messages saying she may come get them, six years ago now(no monetary offer as she claims, I have the messages), she shows up in Tennessee wanting these items that are no longer here. My husband has divorced the wife he had then, married me, we have children, and even kept the items for years until a water heater burst at they were ruined. Now she threatens to sue us.
