More details to this question:
Amex sued me personally for defaulting corporate credit card. 1st action: failed 1st attempt personal service , granted extension, 2nd attempt: false affidavit/improper service / dismissed without prejudice. 2nd action 1st attempt: again false affidavit/improper service. Seeking case text and/or argument to dismiss 2nd action WITH prejudice.
