More details to this question:
I have an ongoing medical malpractice case. I have a letter from the Doctor's providing the Affidavits of Merits stating they need Uniform and additional question Interrogatory questions in order to complete the Affidavits of Merits, whoever the Judge is trying to rush the case to proceed.What should be my next coarse of action so that I may receive the information from the the Defendants?Thank you.

ITs not that the Judge is trying to rush the case.  The Affidavit of Merit is the most important first step.  The Courts want to guarantee that you have an actual case, and are not just disatisfied with the results.  Nothing will move forward until the Affidaivit of Merit is completed within the time required.
