I purchased 50% of the Nevada property ownership from a guy here in CA on March 2018. I realized he was lying to most of the time whenever he asked me for more money. initially we agree $44,500 and he intentionally hide the fact that the house is one year or more behind on mortgages and taxes. 3 month later he ask for $22,750 to bring the house back to date and I paid him again. he is been lying all this time to fishing out more money from me and when I ask him to put me on the deed he keeps delay until right now a year pass by he still hasn't done it and he keep asking for more and more money. I find out that his property is under a dissolved LLC in Nevada, I would like to find someone to file a lawsuit against him and default him in 30 days. Thank you
Do you have any writings to tie the loans to the property? E-mails?, Texts? If not, you will likely only have a lawsuit for a breach of contract and not have the ability to tie up the property until after judgment. Hope this helps!
