My ex wife and I lived together. I was evicted and had to pay fees. Her name was on lease. Can I sue her for her half that she needs to pay?

If your ex-wife had an obligation (and a history) of paying a portion of the rent and you can prove it. You can likely win if you sue her for her portion of the fees you were held responsible for.
