If there is a case or pending case against you and you are contacted by a company claiming to be someone they are not and when you contatcted the current account holder and they said they have no dealings with that company. What should you do?

It is very difficult to understand your facts as you have stated them. It sounds as if you should probably ignore any communications you receive that are not in writing and/or official court documents.
