More details to this question:
I have a default small claims court judgment against a multinational auto manufacturer, and I am having difficulty in getting them to pay. My next step is to subpoena their bank information; would their motor finance corporation be the place to start?

Turn the matter over to a Marshal or Sheriff. The subpoena will be ignored.
