More details to this question:
Rented a room in my home to a Student while parents paid for him. Items were damaged and broken while intoxicated with company in my home also once the police were called when he forgot his keys and was trying to get in thought the window which he caused damaged. I estimated repairs of over $2500 but parents refuse to pay. I would like some help cause the case is set for April 1, 2019 Thank You

Asking for help after you have already played lawyer is the equivalent of trying to cut out your kids appendix and "asking for help" when you realize you don't know what it looks like with your kids abdomen cranked open. Its likely too little too late at this point as the die is likely already cast.
