More details to this question:
absent class action member from settlement, unidentified payments to credit card account that zero out in 2 days, saying missing info. Bank claims do not know origin of payment, unauthorized deduction from checking account, after notified in writing, age, race and gender discrimination. Robo calling. Stopped that, than they used the mailng system to further harass me. Every other day received letters.
