More details to this question:
A company came onto my yard through my locked fence gate by reaching through and pulling up my bars in the ground without our permission nor did we know anything about and ripped 120 gallon propane tank out of the ground. They tour up my yard with the machine. We bought the house a little over two years ago and they didn't know who the propane was through. They put my dogs in my linea shut one door. We were never contacted and they didn't even know us until I called them and they still don't have it right. The police were called they told them they were trepassing and for locking up my dogs to come onto the yard. He told them they opened a huge civil liability because it wasn't us and they went on our yard put a huge hole tour it up. So I am seeing if it's a case.

Possibly - depends on several issues. The real problem is ther doesnt seem to be much in the way of damages.
