More details to this question:
I work for NYCT and on April 5,2020 I was exposed to covid 19. while working at 241 street terminal. Managers in order to keep trains moving didn't let employees know that they where exposed to a positive covid 19 employees. the work conditions of the trains and crew facilities were not being kept clean and we were not given PPE. I brought the virus home and it ended up taking my fathers life. I have pictures of the conditions as well as email of complaints to managers about said conditions.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Unfortunately, you likely do not have a case against the MTA / NYCTA. The MTA / NYCTA did not owe your father a duty of care. Additionally, you would have a very difficult time proving that the COVID strain from which your father died was the same strain which had been identified at work as opposed to a strain which you may have brought home from elsewhere.
