Today was my FOURTH visit with her to Hudson community action. From my FIRST visit I brought all proper documentation stating the above, all documents were scanned and saved to their EMR on Haylee Soto file, my daughter. Today on my FOURTH visit to the North Hudson Community Action Clinic, I was harassed as to who I was to my daughter I kept explaining myself to various secretaries and clinical assistants, mind you this was my FOURTH time going with her without any problem. And even, on my THIRD visit I explained our very private situation to the Dr, and I was assured that she was going to have it put in the system, so I would not have to explain myself as to whom I was to Haylee.
