More details to this question:
I have a 2113 25' Travel trailer, that I just found out has had extensive water damage. The damage came from the emergency exit window, but only after "(famous company)" replaced that window after it was broken. There were no signs of any damage until recently, and only after (famous company) started pulling fixed items out of the way that I never could do myself to see the damage. The sealing around the window was obviously never put back properly or professionally when the window got replaced. They are saying that this is my responsibility, even though they admit how the damage happened. This just sounds so wrong to me. Do I have a case or a leg to stand on?

If you can prove that the window was not properly repaired initially, this caused the water to leak into the trailer and this is what caused the damage to your trailer, then yes you have a case.
