QUESTION

Do I have a case if my email and Facebook were hacked?

Asked on Nov 14th, 2017 on Civil Litigation - Florida
More details to this question:
My husband's girlfriend hacked my email and Facebook. Using my email she was able to download my private messages, private pictures. My husband's divorce attorney is using everything she download against me in court, she is calling my friends, threatening with a subpoena if they don't answer her questions. I need to know if I have any legal rights to stop his attorney and press charges against his girlfriend, his attorney and him.
