Asked on Apr 13th, 2017 on Civil Litigation - Florida
More details to this question:
I am jewish, and i do not eat any gluten during passover days, my local Walmart is selling "Matzha" that contain gluten. Any jewish in world will most certain will assume that "Matzha" that being sold during passover is "kosher for passover". this situation made me for first time in my 28 eat gluten during passover days. I know its my responsibility to check this kind of staff, but me, like i assume 99% of the jewish in the world eating "Matzha" only during passover and i just assumed that no one will even think about seliing non kosher for passover "matzha" during passover.

Thats what happens when you assume as the old saying goes. Now you might have a claim against the manufactuer BUT you would likely be spending a good deal of money to make that point as most lawyers wont take such a case on a contingent fee.
