Do I have a civil case

I was arrested put in jail for a offense I did not commit. I have been humiliated name in the paper. The officer had me arrested 4 days after he saw me. He took my i.d social security card and bet card. I had to beg for food for 7 days for my son. I had to borrow money to pay lightbill because I had to use it to bail out. I feel as if I was maliciously prosecuted against and I want to file a civil lawsuit against the officer. My case was dismissed on Sept 15 ,2016 I have been slandered and I want justice
