DO I HAVE A LEGAL RIGHT?

More details to this question:
My 10 year old son has been diagnosed With ADHD/odd and been prescribed Medications that he needs daily.until His father gets him on weekend s and I see pills inside the pill bottle. And then it createsvan imbalance during the week and I get phone calls from his teacher asking me if there's something going on at home because my son is acting up. I explained the importance if the medications and still neglect to provide my child with it. Do I have a legal right to keep my son from going on weekends..?

You could get an order of court requiring the father to provide the medication for the child. If the father refuses to do so, you could then try to modify his custody time to be less.
