More details to this question:
Rented U-haul truck, employee never came out of office or did a walk around with me before I took possession of the vehicle, and upon return of the vehicle the employee present at u-haul refused to come out and inspect the returned truck. The next morning after I had returned the truck, the morning u-haul employee reported and noted that I had damaged the truck by scratching against a brick wall. Without any evidence I have been accused of causing this damage which I know I did not cause. Now my credit card has been charged with this damage without cause.

First off, I would dispute the charge with your credit card company. Did you contact U-Haul to dispute the charge? I presume they have an internal dispute process or at least you can contact customer service. As a last resort, you could file a claim against U-Haul with the local magistrate for beach of contract or fraud.
