More details to this question:
I purchased a car from off lease. a 2016 Q50 which was explained that the entire car had manufacturer warranty. 9 months later i take the car to the infiniti dealership to get a headlight fixed. infiniti will not cover this because it is a after market headlight that i did'nt know about. off lease says they cant do anything about it and infiniti says they cant work on after market. each headlight is 1,800.

Nope - if somone put inaftermarket lights and they broke, they are not covered under manufacturer warranty because they are not manufactuer part. This may have been done by a prior owner, and if so you will simply have to pay for the repair of any non-factory items as its mot likely financially viable to take legal action otherwise.
