Do I have to continue paying for my ex-wife health coverage?

More details to this question:
My divorce stipulates that I provide health coverage for my ex wife till remarriage or death. It has been 15 years since our divorce and I have since remarried and she has not. Do I have to continue indefinitely paying for her coverage or can I go to the court to have the decree amended?

You can go to court and see if you can get the decree amended. Until then, you are required to provide health insurance coverage.

You need to speak with an attorney ASAP, also to have a complete copy of the Final Judgment for review. Such a provision may be unlawful.

You cannot ask the court to amend the decree simply because you don't like the long-term result of it. Your obligation will only end if she remarries or she dies if that is what the divorce decree states.
