More details to this question:
I have had a false and bogus restraining order placed against me from neighbors who are troublesome and looking for revenge. Guinea fowl was on their property and cat, also lawn mowing issue on my bounded side of property that abuts them. a lot of problems with them. I also placed a restraining order against the wife. July 25th final hearing on this. I wish to have order dismissed and then seek a libel suit against them both.

You need to attend and present a defense. Otherwise the court will make a decision based on your neighbors testimony. Best wishes.
