QUESTION

Does m y wife have a case?

Asked on Aug 24th, 2020 on Civil Litigation - Florida
More details to this question:
My wife spent one night August 6 at the Bucaneer Inn on St. George Island. She returned to Tallahassee the following day. Two days later I discovered her bank card had been debited for 200 more dollars. I called the Bucaneer Inn and they accused her of stealing blankets fro her room and thus she was billed extra. She did not steal any blankets and I find the accusation of theft very harmful and unfounded. What are my options?
