More details to this question:
My boyfriend borrowed over 2000.00 and has not paid any back even after winning a judement in October. He also stole over 1700.00 which his father paid back only after I agreed to sign a paper stating I wouldn''t prosecute him.

You need to execute on the judgment. Go to small claims court.
