QUESTION

Does this qualify for a civil suit?

More details to this question:
My wife and I just recently sold our mobile home, which we were making repairs to to maximize profit. We had the mobile home sold for $20,000 and the trailer park manger, who seemed to have had a vendetta against us for some reason told the buyer that he shouldn't buy the trailer; that the roof leaked and needed serious repairs, which were already done and i have pictures to back up my claim. Because of this, we had to sell for $10,000 otherwise the park would have taken the home. Every month she consistently raised the rent higher and higher, almost as to force us to leave. She tried everything in her power to ruin any chance of a future.

This could be a tortious interrerence in a contract type case. Its simply a matter of ivsting the money in legal fees to take the Park management to task for their conduct.
