QUESTION

Fraudulent billing and negligence by dental facility.

Asked on Jul 28th, 2014 on Litigation - California
More details to this question:
The dentist facility that removed my wisdom teeth is stating that they conducted the same service twice. However, nor my insurance or myself have any proof of this "second service". I have receipts and copies of everything that was given to me. Furthermore, after reading every document i have and speaking to my insurance i discovered that they lied about the services they provided and overcharged me.

First, you know, of course, that you need to find a new dentist. Run, don't walk, from this guy. Second, don't pay him and don't ask your insurance company to pay him. Third, if he sues you or reports your account as delinquent to any of the three credit reporting agencies, sue him for libel, which is the wrongful conduct of making false statements about you which cause you injury.
