FRCP Rule 60 Motion to Vacate

More details to this question:
Initial case dismissed with prejudice. Appeal upheld lower court's decision. Recently filed Motion to Vacate Order/Judgment under Rule 60 (b) (2) and (6). Have newly discovered evidence (b)(2) but do not fully understand what can be included as "any other reason that justifies relief" (b)(6)

that is a catch all phase that allows the judge to use it as a basis for relief for somthing not covered in the previous 5 subsections.
