Absent having a lawyer write them and/or start a suit on your behalf, other alternate means to obtaining a resolution from a nonresponsive company is to file a complaint with your local better business bureau or the BBB in the area in which the company is located as well as filing complaints with both the state and your county's department of consumer affairs. Last, a letter from you to the president of the company might help you to obtain some relief. All the above being said, you might want to take care of the insect infestation your self before things get out of hand. I would make sure however to keep receipts and document as much as possible by letters and photographs. All letters should be mailed return receipt requested to evidence delivery and receipt. Good luck.
