More details to this question:
at an investment of $1622 and a guarantee of at least to loose 20 pounds in 40 days. the fact is I lost only 17 pounds in 40 days of a strict and expensive diet. The Doctor then refused to any refund of any kind saying that i lost over 20 pounds using his weight figures that are false. I have documented my diet daily and weighed my self daily and recorded it all daily.

Sooooooo you want to fight over three (3) pounds? Though it may be your right to challenge such things, unless you are willing to spend the money fighting over such an issue, you're probably not going to go far with it. Additionally, you need to examine the details of the guarantee. Rarely are they "money back" and those athat are usually have lots of loopholes.
